Exciting changes within Wards Solicitors’ Commercial Property team

Wards Solicitors' Commercial Property team continues to go from strength to strength with the appointment of the hugely experienced Iain Bray to Partner.

As well as specialising in commercial property law, Iain's expertise bridges the adjoining area of commercial law. He deals with the acquisition and disposal of commercial property, the letting of commercial premises for both landlords and tenants and managing the property law aspects of the sale or acquisition of businesses.

Iain, who qualified as a solicitor in 1986 and joined Wards Solicitors in 2014 as an Associate Solicitor, has a growing number of satisfied clients.

One said: "Iain was excellent. Always very helpful, always easy to get hold of. We would highly recommend Iain and Wards Solicitors." Whilst another wrote: "Iain Bray gave clear advice and I would not hesitate to use him again."
