Family lawyer Alison Bradley – excellence recognised

The specialist expertise, skill and proficiency of Alison Bradley, head of Wards Solicitors' Family Law and Divorce team, has once again been confirmed with two important reaccreditations.

Alison, a Partner, has been a Resolution accredited specialist since 2004.

This means that every three years she must successfully demonstrate the thorough knowledge of law, procedure and practice demanded by Resolution, a national organisation of more than 6,500 family lawyers and professionals committed to a non-confrontational approach to divorce, separation and family problems.

As a result, she has been recognised and reaccredited as a proven expert in:

  • Children law - including arrangements for children following a relationship breakdown and the range of dispute resolution;
  • Financial remedies - resolving financial matters, applying the relevant law and procedures and explaining the options available.

Best practice

Alison says: "Staying absolutely on top of developments in the fast-changing world of family law is vital. Resolution accreditation ensures best practice and that all work carried out continues to meet the exacting criteria required.

"Family law is incredibly complex which is why using a qualified legal professional is so important to ensure you get the divorce settlement you want."

Further specialist qualifications

The reaccreditations add to the vast array of existing qualifications Alison already has to her name. She has held the Law Society's Family Law Advanced Accreditation, with specialisms in both financial and children cases, since 2017.

This accreditation - Alison is just one of two lawyers in Bristol to hold it - is awarded only to those who meet the highest standards of technical expertise and client service after demonstrating an elevated level of competence, knowledge and best practice in family law.
