Abbie assists with multiple areas of dispute resolution, although her main area of work is contentious trusts and probate.
While Abbie primarily assists with contentious trust and probate matters, she also has experience of dispute resolution work more generally, such as professional negligence claims, land-related disputes and enforcement action.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 2018 – Law degree (2:1) from the University of Bristol
- 2022 – Completed the Legal Practice Course with a Distinction
- April 2024 – qualified as a solicitor
- Over five years pre-qualification experience in multiple areas of law, including over three years’ experience in dispute resolution.
