Kate is an experienced specialist solicitor working in our private client department.

Kate specialises in the administration of complex estates and is frequently instructed in cases which contain unique and challenging features, For example:

  • Estates that are subject to inheritance tax
  • High value estates
  • Estates which contain assets in other jurisdictions
  • Estates where there are a very large number of beneficiaries, charitable beneficiaries and beneficiaries who are minor children
  • Estates where there are difficult relationships between the parties.

Kate also has experience in the following areas:

  • Will drafting
  • Preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Administration of trusts
