Kinga assists individuals, partnerships and companies with all aspects of corporate and commercial law. In addition, she specialises in employment law and assists individuals and employers in resolving their workplace disputes.
Kinga has experience of:
- Assisting on business reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions;
- Managing director, shareholder and partnership disputes;
- Drafting a wide range of corporate documentation;
- Advising on TUPE on the sale / purchase of your business;
- Reviewing and drafting contracts of employment and workplace policy documents;
- Guiding employees / employers through any workplace conflicts and resolving them;
- Advising on redundancy processes;
- Drafting, negotiating and advising on settlement agreements;
- Representing employees / employers at the Employment Tribunal.

- Law LLB (Hons), University of the West of England (UWE) 2016
- LPC – UWE 2017
- Training Contract at Ince 2020-2022
- Qualified as a Solicitor in 2022
