Laura is a Wills, Probate and Mental Capacity expert, based in the firm’s Portishead office.

Her work spans all areas ranging from writing tax efficient wills; advising on the creation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney; advising on the registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney; Court of Protection & mental capacity work to Inheritance Tax planning; care home fee planning; Deeds of Variation and Declarations of Trust.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Law degree 2005
  • Qualified as a Solicitor in 2008
  • Full accredited member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP)
  • Full accredited member of Association of Lifetime Lawyers (previously Solicitors for the Elderly)
  • Has specialised in Wills, Probate and Mental Capacity since 2008
