Lucy is an experienced specialist solicitor working across the areas of Wills, Probate and Mental Capacity.
Lucy expertise specialises in:
- Will drafting, Probate, administration of estates and Inheritance Tax planning.
- Preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney, registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney
- Applications to the Court of Protection for Deputyship Orders and preparation of Deputyship Reports.
- Dealing with the day-to-day management of Attorneyship and Deputyship matters to include working with Social Services and other authorities.
- Long term care fee planning.
