Matt says:

“Clients tell me they appreciate my being approachable and down to earth.  Client satisfaction is extremely important to me, I make time to speak with clients and build a rapport with them, rather than just providing a faceless conveyancing service.  It’s an important time for most of my clients and they want to know that they’re dealing with a real person.  I also make a real effort to respond to emails and telephone calls in a timely manner and explain things in a way that they understand, so that they know they can trust me to look after their conveyancing needs.”
