Sarah specialises in Wills & Probate, in particular working with individuals and families in the agriculture sector, involving farms and estates entitled to agricultural property relief and business property relief.

This includes Will writing, handling financial issues relating to mental incapacity including care home funding, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications, the administration of financial affairs of mentally incapable clients, the administration of estates of deceased clients and their family members as well as providing advice on Inheritance Tax.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Aeronautical Engineering degree in 1992
  • Qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) 2003
  • Full member of Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) since 2008
  • Full member of Association of Lifetime Lawyers (previously Solicitors for the Elderly) since 2017
  • Has specialised in Wills, Probate and Mental Capacity since 1998
