Working in the Court of Protection requires me to deal with sensitive and often complex matters, so I make sure I listen carefully, treat everyone with respect and keep the best interests of the individual at the centre of my work. I am organised, reliable and able to remain calm under pressure. I also take pride in communicating clearly with colleagues, professionals and clients, and I am always willing to learn and improve.
