Services For You
To start with, we offer a free initial consultation. At this consultation, we will give you our initial expert advice on the merits of your case. We will also investigate and discuss your funding options with you.
Provided the case has a reasonable chance of success, we usually act on a no-win, no-fee basis. This means that, if the case does not succeed, we write off our fees. We can also arrange for legal expenses insurance to be put in place to cover ‘disbursements’ such as Court or experts’ fees if for any reason your claim fails.
In other words, if your case does not succeed, you do not need to worry about receiving a bill for our fees or being out of pocket.
Please call Richard Green for a free initial consultation on 01275 858515 or email asbestos@wards.uk.com.
"Richard Green has been excellent. We were always kept in the picture and his professionalism shone through. Would always recommend Wards."
