Alison Bradley’s family law expertise recognised by new accreditation

Alison Bradley, head of Wards Solicitors' Family Law and Divorce team, has achieved another level of specialist accreditation adding further to the array of qualifications she already holds.

Alison, a Partner, has been awarded further accreditation by Resolution, a national organisation of more than 6,500 family lawyers and professionals committed to a non-confrontational approach to divorce, separation and family problems.

Resolution accredited specialists are proven experts in different areas of family law who have chosen to test their skills and expertise through a rigorous assessment of their knowledge, abilities and the way they work with clients and professionals.

Children and the law

Alison has now been recognised as having specialist expertise in an area known as 'private law children' covering guidance on arrangements for children following a relationship breakdown.

She is already a Resolution accredited specialist in Financial Provision and Cohabitation Law and has been since 2004.

Experience

Alison has more than 20 years' experience in family law, an area she has specialised in since 1990.

She has held the Law Society's Family Law Advanced Accreditation, with specialisms in both financial and children cases, since 2017.

This accreditation - Alison is just one of two lawyers in Bristol to hold it - is given only to those who meet the highest standards of technical expertise and client service after demonstrating a high level of competence, knowledge and best practice in family law.

Solicitor Associate, Amy Jones, a fellow member of the Family Law and Divorce team in the Clevedon office, also holds the Family Law Advanced Accreditation, making Wards Solicitors the only firm in the South West to have two lawyers with the sought after qualification.
