Wards’ Family Law team recognised for expert knowledge

Two of Wards’ family law solicitors have been re-accredited with The Law Society's Advanced Family Law Accreditation, a recognised quality standard for experienced and specialist practitioners.

Associate Solicitor Amy Jones, and Partner Alison Bradley, have both been recognised by the Law Society for their expertise in children law, including arrangements for children following a relationship breakdown and the range of dispute resolution, and in financial matters.

To remain accredited, family law solicitors are required to successfully demonstrate their rigorous knowledge of law, procedure and practice every five years, with the standard only being awarded to those with significant experience.

Both Amy and Alison, who heads up the family law team at Wards, are also members of Resolution, a national organisation of more than 6,500 lawyers and professionals committed to a non-confrontational approach to divorce, separation and family problems.   Alison has been a Resolution accredited specialist since 2004.
